To maintain your wood-fired oven, regularly clean out ash and debris after each use to ensure proper airflow and efficient heating. Use a soft brush or scraper to remove soot and food residue from the interior. Season the oven by slowly heating it up with small fires to prevent cracks, especially after long periods of inactivity.
