Installation

The size of the concrete base can vary depending on site conditions, so we always recommend consulting your contractor for tailored advice. As a general guideline for lampposts, we suggest the following:
• 500mm square base for Harte’s FF01 foundation frame.
• 300mm square base for the FF02 foundation frame.
• 1200mm base for the FF03 foundation frame.

Harte products are designed to accommodate E27 screw-in bulbs. For optimal efficiency and longevity, we highly recommend using LED bulbs.

While foundation frames are not strictly necessary, many installers find them incredibly helpful for simplifying the installation process. We recommend checking with your installer to see if they are needed for your project.

We supply high-quality Harte lighting products but do not currently offer installation services.

• Touch up paint as needed, and plan for a full repaint every 8-10 years.

Harte copper products are low-maintenance and lacquered to prevent oxidation:
• Clean them three times a year with warm soapy water.
• Polish with a soft dry cloth to maintain their shine.
• If necessary, touch up with lacquer paint from your local hardware store.
