Beyond pizzas, the Pizzo oven excels at baking a variety of pastries and breads, including white bread, rye bread, and ciabatta. Its superior thermal insulation maintains high temperatures for extended periods, making it versatile for preparing an array of dishes.

Made of COR-TEN steel. When used appropriately, COR-TEN steel is durable, long lasting and maintenance free and will stand the test of time in a unique way. The surface layer is initially greyish, then turns reddish brown (rust-like tint), becoming even darker over time.
